How does PCC's Scrip program work?
PCC's Scrip program is helping to make a difference in our community by giving local schools and non-profits an easy, convenient way to raise funds to benefit their organization.
Through the program, any school or non-profit organization can purchase Scrip cards or key tags at 95 percent of full value. Each organization then sells the cards or key tags at full value to supporters to use during their grocery shopping at PCC. The organization keeps the 5 percent difference as fundraising profits.
Scrip supporters can also recharge their cards or key tags at any time. Every time they do, the organization they're supporting earns 5 percent of the amount applied to their card or key tag.
Scrip Use Policy
The intention of the PCC Scrip program is that it supports local education and grassroots organizations in our community. PCC Scrip is not for sale to the general public. It is a fundraising tool meant for promotion to, and purchase by, members of registered organizations and their active supporters.
It is expected that sales promotion efforts will be limited to the printed or electronic communication vehicles of registered organizations (newsletters and Web sites), and to printed (posters and flyers) and personal solicitations at the legal address or normal meeting places of those organizations.
