Creminelli Sausage — Hailing from a long line of skilled meat producers, Italian Cristiano Creminelli recently moved to the United States. to share his family’s artisan sausages. His meat is sourced from small family farms where the animals are fed organic grains and he uses organic spices to complement the flavorful, well-marbled natural pork.
Organic Cameo Apples — These exceptionally crunchy apples have striped red skin and sweet-tart flesh. Organically grown by George and Apple Otte of River Valley Organics in Tonasket, Wash.
